BRICS+ fashion summit: shows of designers from Brazil, Serbia, India, South Africa and Egypt in Moscow

From November 28 to December 2, 2023, Moscow will host the largest fashion summit, including fashion shows, a fashion intensive with the participation of professors from fashion schools in ten countries; B2B showroom; festival of fashionable short films World Fashion Shorts. Registration for the event is open to everyone at the official website. The venues will be the Zaryadye MKZ and the Bread Factory. The World Fashion Shorts film festival will take place on November 30 at Artplay.

“Delegations from 60 countries will come to Moscow to participate in the BRICS+ Fashion Summit. Experts from Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, Africa and the CIS will discuss the problems of the fashion industry, prospects for the common market, as well as options for interaction between countries. More than 200 speakers - heads of specialized associations, fashion weeks and fashion schools, designers and buyers, manufacturers and influencers - will take part in open discussions and panel sessions. The BRICS+ Fashion Summit business program will be held at the Zaryadye Moscow Concert Hall and at the Bread Factory,” say the organizers.

New collections will be shown in Moscow: Chinese brand of non-standard classics CHNNYU; Brazilian colorful clothing designer Lucas Leão; Egyptian high fashion brand Hany El Behairy Couture; Istanbul Fashion Week star Arzu Kaprol; Argentine brand SADAELS; Ethiopian designer Kunjina; Belarusian brands with a collective show Belarus Fashion Council: NIV NIV by KATSIARYNA NESTSIARUK, OVRSƧ by JULIA MEDNIK; a follower of the classic style – the Serbian brand Batakovic Belgrade; Indian designers riteshkumar, KHANIJO, Naushad Ali and Shruti Sancheti, as well as one of the most famous fashion designers in South Africa, David Tlale, whose collections were shown at New York and Paris Fashion Weeks. Russia will be represented on the BRICS+ Fashion Summit podium by Alena Akhmadullina and her eponymous brand Alena Akhmadullina.

The event is organized by the Fashion Foundation with the support of the Moscow Government.
